The posting

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen Architekt / Projektleiter (m/w) Wir betreuen alle Phasen eines Bauprojektes: Entwurf, Planung und Umsetzung von

Neubauten und Umbauten. Vom ersten Konzept bis zur Realisierung entwickeln und

begleiten wir innovative und nachhaltige Bauwerke. Integrales Denken, fundierte

Erfahrung und eine praxisorientierte Umsetzung bilden für uns die Grundlage für die

erfolgreiche Realisierung architektonischer Ideen.

 

Unsere Projekte umfassen:

- Projektierung und Realisierung von Wohn- und Gewerbebauten jeder Grösse

- Entwurfs-, Projekt- und Ausführungsplanung

- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von architektonischen und konstruktiven Lösungen

- Begleitung der Projekte von der Konzeptphase bis zur Realisierung

- Immobilienmanagement von der Projektentwicklung bis zu Verkauf und Verwaltung

 

Voraussetzungen:

- Fundierte Ausbildung mit akademischem Abschluss

- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Architekt/in in der Schweiz

- Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Bauprojekten

- Interesse an Detail- und Ausführungsplanung sowie an konstruktiven Fragestellungen

- CAD-Kenntnisse, Archicad von Vorteil

- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

- Selbständigkeit, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Sensibilität

- Gute kommunikative Kompetenz

- Teamgeist

- Begeisterung für Architektur und die Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Bauprojekte

- Interesse am gesamten Entstehungsprozess eines Bauwerks
