Description de l'emploi ##

En votre qualité d'archiviste, vous contribuez activement à la préservation et à la transmission du patrimoine documentaire des Site et Musée romains d-Avenches (SMRA). Vous assurez la gestion des archives tout au long de leur cycle de vie, développez les outils de recherche et veillez à offrir un service de qualité aux usager·ère·s tout en accompagnant la mise en œuvre de la politique d'archivage.

Responsabilités ##

  • Assurer le traitement, le conditionnement et la conservation de la documentation des SMRA.
  • Assurer la gestion archivistique, les instruments de recherche et le cycle de vie des documents.
  • Fournir des renseignements/réponses aux demandes des usager·ère·s.
  • Participer à la conception et à l-application de la politique de gestion des archives dans le cadre de la loi sur l-archivage (LArch).
  • Entretenir et développer les relations avec l'ensemble des partenaires internes et externes.

Qualifications ##

  • Master en archéologie ou en histoire.
  • Expérience minimum de 3 ans dans le domaine de l-archivage.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques courants et des nouvelles technologies relatives au domaine.
  • Anglais et allemand, niveau B2.
  • Intérêt pour l-Antiquité romaine.
  • Connaissances de la LArch et de son règlement d-application, connaissances des directives émises par les Archives cantonales vaudoises.
  • Bonnes connaissances du latin, un atout.
  • Orientation client.
  • Organisation et gestion de son temps.
  • Aisance rédactionnelle.
  • Capacité d-analyse et de synthèse.
