Le Service de l-administration générale (SAG) de la Ville de Nyon recherche un-e :

Archiviste communal·e à 80 %

Vos missions

  • Repérer et identifier les demandes et les besoins des utilisateurs, les conseiller et les orienter.
  • Rechercher les sources d-information pertinentes ; identifier, sélectionner, valider et actualiser l-information.
  • Gérer, approvisionner et enrichir le fonds documentaire (à l-aide d-un réseau de personnes intéressées).
  • Organiser le traitement de l-information : enregistrer, analyser, classer, indexer dans un système facilitant la recherche et la consultation, entretenir et réparer les documents, -
  • Former les services aux techniques d-archivage (directives techniques, directives sur le fond, épuration, inventaires, -).
  • Mettre à disposition ou diffuser l-information requise en respectant les règles de confidentialité déterminées.
  • Mettre en place des conditions adéquates à la conservation et à la sécurité des archives.

Votre profil

  • Formation supérieure en gestion de l-information documentaire, archivistique ou équivalente (ES, HES ou titre jugé équivalent).
  • Expérience confirmée en gestion d-archives administratives.
  • Expérience en pilotage de projets numériques.
  • Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et parfaite maîtrise du français.
  • Expérience et intérêt dans les tâches administratives et le suivi de processus internes.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (outils bureautiques standards, bases de données professionnelles, outils de reproduction de documents).

Entrée en fonction : 1er janvier 2027 ou à convenir
