Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Ausbau des bestehenden Kundenportfolios im Schweizer Markt.
  • Identifikation und Akquise neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Vertriebspartner.
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsstrategien zur Erreichung der Umsatzziele.
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Produktschulungen und Präsentationen.
  • Markt\- und Wettbewerbsanalyse zur Identifikation von Trends und Chancen.
  • Teilnahme an Messen und Veranstaltungen zur Repräsentation der Marke.
  • Regelmäßiges Reporting an die Geschäftsleitung.

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Marketing oder vergleichbar.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise in der Uhren\- oder Luxusgüterbranche.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten.
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenmotivation.
  • Fließende Deutsch\- und ösischkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz.
  • Affinität zu hochwertigen Produkten und ein Gespür für Luxus.
