  • Kontinuierliche Analyse der wehrtechnischen Budgets im relevanten Marktumfeld
  • Verantwortung für die Entwicklung einer strategischen Marktvision in den Schlüsselregionen sowie für die operative Umsetzung der jeweiligen Länderstrategien
  • Frühzeitige Identifikation und Ansprache von Beschaffungsämtern sowie Endnutzern zur Bedarfsinitiierung
  • Konzeption und Organisation von Produktvorführungen bei den Streitkräften zur gezielten Bedarfsweckung
  • Aufbau und nachhaltige Pflege enger Beziehungen zu Schlüsselkunden und relevanten Stakeholdern
  • Erstklassige Vertretung des Unternehmens und zentraler Ansprechpartner für das jeweilige Land oder die Region bei übergeordneten Veranstaltungen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Führung und Abschluss von Vertragsverhandlungen mit Kunden
  • Steuerung und Optimierung interner Informationsflüsse zwischen den Vertriebsstrukturen sowie Koordination der externen Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftspartnern unter strikter Einhaltung aller Compliance-Richtlinien

 

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Universität/Fachhochschule) der Betriebswirtschaft, Kommunikationswissenschaften, des Ingenieurwesens oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Business Development, im Vertrieb oder in stark vertriebsorientierten Bereichen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im B2B-Einkauf und/oder in öffentlichen Beschaffungsprozessen (B2G)
  • Erfahrung im Umfeld von Investitionsgütern und/oder innerhalb der Verteidigungs- und Sicherheitsindustrie
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind vorteilhaft
  • Uneingeschränkte Reisebereitschaft im internationalen Umfeld
  • Starke Networking-Fähigkeiten gepaart mit einer überzeugenden, durchsetzungsstarken Persönlichkeit und ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung
