Job Description ##

  • Verantwortung für die Geschäftsentwicklung und Umsetzung der Vertriebsstrategie in einer internationalen Region (MEA)
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu Kunden, Partnern und Entscheidungsträgern im Defence- und Sicherheitsumfeld
  • Vertrieb komplexer, kundenspezifischer Systemlösungen statt standardisierter Produkte
  • Identifikation und Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten bei Behörden und institutionellen Kunden
  • Steuerung komplexer und langfristiger Verkaufsprozesse vom Erstkontakt bis zum Vertragsabschluss
  • Entwicklung individueller Lösungskonzepte gemeinsam mit technischen Spezialisten
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse sowie Ableitung strategischer Vertriebsmaßnahmen
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines nachhaltigen Netzwerks innerhalb der Zielregion
  • Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf internationalen Fachmessen, Konferenzen und Kundenveranstaltungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen technischen und kommerziellen Teams

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung im Defence-, Sicherheits-, Aerospace- oder Technologieumfeld
  • Erfolgreiche Erfahrung im Verkauf komplexer Systemlösungen mit langen Sales Cycles
  • Militärischer Hintergrund oder Erfahrung bei Streitkräften, Sicherheitsorganisationen oder Behörden von großem Vorteil
  • Bestehendes Netzwerk in der Defence- und Sicherheitsbranche
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit öffentlichen Auftraggebern und B2G-Verkaufsprozessen von Vorteil
  • Hohe technische Affinität und Interesse an erklärungsbedürftigen Lösungen
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Business Development und Relationship Management
  • Unternehmerische Denkweise sowie hohe Eigeninitiative
  • Souveränes Auftreten auf allen Hierarchieebenen
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz und internationale Erfahrung
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Hohe internationale Reisebereitschaft
