Unsere flexiblen Dienstleistungen reichen von der eintägigen Auto-Miete bis zur Fahrzeugnutzung über mehrere Jahre und garantieren so unseren Kund\*innen maximale Mobilität und Entlastung. Dabei verbinden wir die Finanzierung von Fahrzeugen mit Serviceleistungen wie Versicherungen, Wartung und Reparatur. Dazu kombinieren wir Angebote wie E-Bike-Leasing, Car Sharing, Mikromobilitätslösungen und «Connected Cars-Anwendungen». Mit über 27-000 Fahrzeugen sind wir führend auf dem Schweizer Markt.

Arval ist zu 100 % im Besitz der international tätigen Bank BNP Paribas und beschäftigt weltweit über 8-700 Mitarbeitende in 28 Ländern. In den Schweizer Niederlassungen in Rotkreuz (ZG) und Gland (VD) arbeiten über 120 Mitarbeitende.

Für unser Assistant Team in der Suurstoffi in Rotkreuz suchen wir eine\n dynamische\n und belastbare\*n 

Working Student Commercial Assistant (50-60%, all genders)

Deine Aufgaben: Du

  • unterstützt alle Abteilungen professionell im administrativen und organisatorischen Bereich
  • erstellst einfache Leasingkalkulationen, organisierst und bereitest Kunden- und Prospect-Meetings vor, versendest Besuchsberichte und bereitest Rahmenverträge vor
  • verantwortest das Erstellen und den Upload von E-Files und anderen kundenspezifischen Dokumenten
  • bereitest E-Rundschreiben an Kund\innen und Fahrer\innen sowie fahrzeugspezifische Dokumente vor und versendest diese
  • überprüfst Protokolle in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • erstellst und optimierst interne Prozesse für den Bereich Commercial Assistant
  • erstellst interne und externe Reportings und überarbeitest Dokumente
  • führst verschiedene Mutationen im firmeneigenen System durch
  • verantwortest die Arval Info-Inbox und pflegst das Intranet
  • unterstützt bei diversen Projekten

Dein Profil: Du

  • verfügst über eine Ausbildung oder über Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • bist bis mindestens 2028 an einer Hochschule immatrikuliert
  • bringst von Vorteil bereits Berufserfahrung mit
  • bist verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch, jede weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil
  • planst und organisierst gerne, kannst Prioritäten setzen und man kann sich 100% auf dich verlassen
  • bist selbstständiges, flexibles und exaktes Arbeiten gewohnt
  • gehst positiv durchs Leben, bist motiviert und hast Freude an der Teamarbeit
