Deine Aufgaben

  • Bedienen des Telefons, Kommunikation intern und extern
  • Planung und Betreuung der ambulanten kardiologischen, muskuloskelettale sowie pneumologischen Sprechstunde
  • Protokollieren der Fachgruppensitzungen
  • Erstellen der Eintrittsdokumentation stationärer Patient\*innen
  • Drehscheibenfunktion zwischen Arztsekretariat und Ärzteschaft
  • Allgemeine Archivierungsarbeiten (digital)
  • Finales Überarbeiten und Versenden der stationären Berichte
  • Schreiben von Befunden und Sprechstundenberichten ab Diktat
  • Bearbeiten von Versicherungsanfragen
  • Einholung der Kostengutsprachenverlängerungen
  • Mithilfe bei der Eintrittsdokumentation stationärer Patient\*innen
  • Allgemeine Sekretariatsarbeiten

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine medizinisch-kaufmännische Ausbildung oder hast eine Weiterbildung im medizinischen Sekretariatsbereich erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Du hast einen medizinischen Hintergrund und/oder bringst einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit
  • Du verfügst über Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ausgezeichnete PC-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Deine selbstständige und exakte Arbeitsweise sowie dein stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift rundet dein Profil ab
