 Unser modernens, lebhaftes Medical Center mit eigenem Ultraschall und Röntgen liegt zentral in Kloten und ist gut an den öffentlichen Verkehr angebunden. Rund 20 Mitarbeitende aus den Disziplinen Allgemeine Innere Medizin, Kardiologie, Ernährungsberatung und TCM/Akupunktur betreuen unsere internationalen Patientinnen und Patienten interdisziplinär und qualitätsorientiert. Nach Rücksprache führen wir auch Hausbesuche durch. Bei Medbase Kloten legen wir grossen Wert auf eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit Herz. Überdies achten wir auf eine ausgewogene Work-Life-Balance. Das Arbeiten im Teilzeitpensum ist in allen Funktionen möglich, und die Arbeitszeiten können flexibel gestaltet werden.

Das kannst du bewegen ##

Als Arztsekretär/in bei Medbase kümmerst du dich um den reibungslosen Ablauf der Praxisverwaltung. Dein Organisationstalent und deine Diskretion tragen dazu bei, dass die Praxis optimal funktioniert und sich das Team auf die Patientinnen und Patienten konzentrieren kann.

  • Unterstützung der Ärztinnen und Ärzte in administrativen Aufgaben
  • Koordination des Praxisalltags und Terminmanagement
  • Bearbeitung von Patientenanfragen per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Verwaltung und Pflege der Patientendaten

Was du mitbringst ##

  • Ausbildung als MPA oder FaGe, idealerweise Weiterbildung als Arztsekretär/in
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office, Outlook)
  • Flexibilität für Schichtarbeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Diskretion
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B1 Niveau), Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
