  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Arztsekretär/in 
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der medizinischen Terminologie und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Praxis- und Spitalsoftware (idealerweise CuraMed, WiCare und Nexus)
  • Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Empathie und Freude am Umgang mit älteren Menschen und ihren Angehörigen
  • Belastbare, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Teamgeist und Organisationsstärke
  • Flexibel, geduldig, ausdauernd, auch in hektischen Situationen
  • Arbeitstage: Montag & Freitag am Nachmittag + 1 Tag ODER Dienstag & Mittwoch ganztags

Deine Aufgaben: ###

  • Organisation des Praxisalltags: Arbeiten am Empfang, Telefondienst, Terminplanung, Administration, Korrespondenz und elektronische Krankengeschichten
  • Bearbeiten von Mails, sowie ausstellen von Rezepten und Verordnungen wie z.B. Physiotherapie, Ergotherapie, Logopädie etc.
  • Sicherstellung der medizinischen Abrechnung und Rechnungskontrolle (TARDOC)
  • Einpflegen von Berichten/Befunden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit Ärzt:innen, Pflege und interprofessionellen Teams
