Unser Kunde ist ein etabliertes Unternehmen mit professioneller Finanzorganisation und einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld. Zur Überbrückung einer personellen Übergangsphase wird eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit für einen temporären Einsatz bis Ende März 2027 gesucht, mit schnellstmöglichem Start.

Job Description ##

  • Unterstützung im operativen Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Eigenständige Mitarbeit bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Sicherstellung der fachlichen Qualität von Abschlussarbeiten
  • Durchführung und Unterstützung von Kontenabstimmungen
  • Optimierung und Begleitung von Abschlussprozessen
  • Fachliche Unterstützung und Coaching von Teammitgliedern
  • Führende Rolle während des Jahresendabschlusses
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Finance-Stakeholdern

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Senior Accountant oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach OR und Swiss GAAP
  • Hands-on-Mentalität mit hoher Umsetzungsstärke
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen Begleitung und Entwicklung von Teammitgliedern
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen, idealerweise ABACUS
  • Erfahrung in KMU- oder Industrieumfeldern von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Deutsch und/oder Italienisch von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
