ASE \\\& Éducateur (H/F) Milieu Hospitalier en missions temporaires ================================================================== Votre mission ------------- Au sein d'équipes pluridisciplinaires, vous participez activement à l'accompagnement de patients adultes présentant des troubles psychiques. Vous contribuez à leur bien\\-être, au maintien de leurs acquis et au développement de leur autonomie dans le respect de leur projet de soins. Vos principales responsabilités : \* Accompagner les patients dans les activités de la vie quotidienne. \* Favoriser l'autonomie, la réinsertion et le maintien des capacités sociales. \* Animer et encadrer des activités éducatives, thérapeutiques et occupationnelles. \* Assurer une présence de proximité et instaurer une relation de confiance avec les patients. \* Participer à la gestion et à la prévention des situations de crise. \* Observer l'évolution de l'état psychique des patients et transmettre les informations pertinentes à l'équipe soignante. \* Collaborer étroitement avec les infirmier·ères, médecins, psychologues et autres professionnels de la santé. Votre profil ------------ ### Pour les ASE \* CFC d'Assistant·e socio\\-éducatif·ve (ASE) ou titre jugé équivalent. \* Expérience significative dans le domaine de la psychiatrie ou de la santé mentale. ### Pour les Éducateur·trices \* Diplôme d'Éducateur·trice spécialisé·e, HES ou titre jugé équivalent reconnu en Suisse. \* Expérience auprès d'adultes présentant des troubles psychiques ou en milieu psychiatrique. ### Compétences requises \* Expérience professionnelle de minimum 2 ans dans l'accompagnement de personnes en psychiatrie ou en milieu institutionnel. \* Excellentes capacités relationnelles et sens de l'écoute. \* Capacité à gérer des situations complexes avec calme et professionnalisme. \* Esprit d'équipe et aptitude à travailler dans un environnement pluridisciplinaire. \* Flexibilité et adaptabilité.
