ASE OU ÉDUCATEUR·DE L'ENFANCE ES (CDI)

27 heures par semaine \- lundi, mardi, jeudi et vendredi – 54% annualisé

Votre mission

Dans le cadre des moyens mis à disposition, vous participez, sous la supervision de la Direction, à l’accueil de qualité des enfants et au bon fonctionnement de la structure.

  • Accueillir, accompagner, organiser et gérer un groupe d’enfants entre 4 et 12 ans, en adéquation avec le concept pédagogique ;
  • Participer activement à la mise en œuvre de la pédagogie institutionnelle;
  • S’impliquer dans les divers projets de groupes et institutionnels et assurer leur suivi ;
  • Créer un partenariat de confiance avec l’équipe éducative et les familles afin d’offrir un accueil de qualité.
  • Participer à certaines tâches d’intendance liées au fonctionnement quotidien de la structure.

Votre profil

  • CFC d’ASE, diplôme d’éducateur de l’enfance ES, ou titre jugé équivalent ;
  • CAS de praticien formateur·(PF), un atout
  • Expérience professionnelle dans le milieu de l’enfance, idéalement en UAPE ;
  • Sens de l’autonomie, des responsabilités et qualités organisationnelles ;
  • Esprit de collaboration et aptitude à travailler en équipe ;
  • Polyvalence, facilité d’adaptation et flexibilité ;
  • Casiers judiciaires ordinaire et spécial vierge (contrôlés par le SCAJE)
