**Aufgaben**

* Zubereitung authentischer asiatischer Gerichte nach unseren Rezepturen * Sicherstellung einer konstant hohen Qualität der Speisen * Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards in der Küche * Teamorientierte Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchenteam * Mitverantwortung für Bestellungen, Warenannahme und Lagerbewirtschaftung * Durchführung von Reinigungsarbeiten gemäss HACCP-Richtlinien

**Anforderungen**

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Koch/Köchin, vorzugsweise in der asiatischen Küche * Affinität zur Systemgastronomie und Freude an strukturierten Abläufen * Selbstständige Persönlichkeit mit Leidenschaft für den Kochberuf und Freude am Gästekontakt * Bereitschaft zu Schicht-, Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten * Deutschkenntnisse auf B1-Niveau in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
