  • En tant que chef·fe circulation des trains, vous surveillez le réseau ferroviaire qui vous est attribué, vous assurez la régulation des trains de manière sûre et écologique et vous contrôlez le trafic.
  • En exploitation normale, vous observez le trafic; vous intervenez avec calme et efficience en cas de dérangements et introduisez immédiatement les mesures qui s'imposent pour rétablir l'exploitation normale.
  • En cas de perturbations, vous introduisez les mesures requises pour que la situation revienne à la normale.
  • Vous assurez la coordination et la communication avec les membres de votre équipe ainsi qu'avec le personnel des locomotives, des chantiers et de manœuvre.
  • Vous répondez de l'information à la clientèle dans les gares et veillez à communiquer rapidement et avec clarté.
  • Grâce à votre engagement, les trains de voyageurs et de marchandises circulent ponctuellement et en toute sécurité, de jour comme de nuit.

Ce que vous apportez.

  • Vous faites preuve d'esprit d'équipe et de fiabilité et êtes disposé·e à travailler par équipe (sur 24 heures).
  • Vous pensez de manière structurée et en réseau, et savez réagir rapidement et de manière réfléchie dans les situations stressantes. L'affinité pour la technique compte parmi les compétences développées dans le cadre de la formation.
  • Durant la période de formation, intensive et exigeante, vous devez faire preuve d'une grande responsabilité personnelle et d'une disposition à apprendre prononcée, tout en vous montrant prêt·e à vous investir dans différents environnements d'apprentissage, de la phase en présentiel à l'autoapprentissage numérique.
  • Vous avez terminé avec succès un apprentissage d'au moins trois ans ou obtenu une maturité. Votre motivation nous importe plus que la branche d'où vous venez.
  • Vous maîtrisez la langue française avec assurance (niveau C2) et disposez idéalement de connaissances de niveau A1 en allemand. Par ailleurs, votre vision des couleurs est parfaite (ni protanomalie ni deutéranomalie).
  • Lors du processus de candidature, nous vous demanderons un extrait de casier judiciaire ainsi que du registre des poursuites et faillites actuel (datant de moins de trois mois). Ce document pourra être commandé au moment de la convocation à un entretien personnel.
