Parce que chaque visite contribue au bien-être et au maintien à domicile des patients, nous recherchons des professionnel·les engagés·es, autonomes et dotés·es d'un excellent sens relationnel.

Pour plusieurs de nos partenaires actifs dans les soins à domicile à travers le canton de Vaud, nous recrutons des Assistant·es en soins et santé communautaire (ASSC) ainsi que des Auxiliaires de santé pour des missions temporaires de courte et longue durée.

Les interventions sont réparties selon les différents secteurs du canton de Vaud, en fonction de votre lieu de résidence et des besoins des structures.

Votre mission ##

Au sein d'équipes pluridisciplinaires, vous participez activement à la prise en charge des bénéficiaires à domicile en leur apportant les soins et l'accompagnement nécessaires à leur confort, leur sécurité et leur autonomie.

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Assurer les soins d'hygiène, de confort et de bien-être.
  • Réaliser les soins de base ainsi que les actes médico-techniques délégués selon votre fonction.
  • Accompagner les bénéficiaires dans les activités de la vie quotidienne.
  • Contribuer au maintien de l'autonomie et de la qualité de vie des patients.
  • Observer l'état de santé des bénéficiaires et transmettre les informations pertinentes à l'équipe soignante.
  • Assurer les transmissions et la traçabilité des interventions.
  • Collaborer avec les différents professionnels intervenant dans le parcours de soins.

Votre profil ##

  • CFC d'Assistant·e en soins et santé communautaire (ASSC) ou certificat d'Auxiliaire de santé Croix-Rouge Suisse, ou titre jugé équivalent.
  • Expérience en soins à domicile, en EMS ou en milieu hospitalier, un atout.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en s'intégrant au sein d'une équipe.
  • Sens de l'organisation et des responsabilités.
  • Excellentes qualités relationnelles et sens de l'écoute.
  • Flexibilité, adaptabilité et esprit d'initiative.
  • Permis de conduire indispensable.
