Pour l-un de nos partenaires situés dans le Jura bernois, nous recherchons un(e) ASSC motivé(e) et engagé(e) afin de rejoindre une petite équipe dans un environnement orienté psychiatrie et psychogériatrie.

Votre profil

  • Titulaire d-un CFC d-ASSC ou d-un titre reconnu en Suisse. 
  • Une expérience en psychiatrie, psychogériatrie ou auprès de personnes présentant des troubles cognitifs est un véritable atout. 
  • Vous êtes une personne calme, patiente, empathique et à l-écoute. 
  • Vous savez faire preuve de recul face aux situations parfois complexes. 
  • Vous appréciez travailler dans une petite équipe et participer activement à la dynamique de groupe. 
  • Vous êtes autonome, fiable et responsable. 
  • Vous recherchez avant tout une collaboration durable, avec l-envie de vous investir à moyen ou long terme.

Votre mission

  • Assurer les soins et l-accompagnement quotidien des résidents. 
  • Participer à la prise en charge de personnes présentant des troubles psychiques, cognitifs ou comportementaux. 
  • Effectuer les soins de base et les actes relevant de vos compétences. 
  • Favoriser l-autonomie, le bien-être et la qualité de vie des résidents. 
  • Observer l-état de santé des résidents et transmettre les informations pertinentes à l-équipe infirmière. 
  • Participer à la mise en place d-un accompagnement individualisé. 
  • Collaborer étroitement avec l-ensemble de l-équipe soignante. 
  • Contribuer à maintenir un environnement sécurisant, respectueux et bienveillant.
