L’ EMS Résidence Jean\-Paul , à Riddes, accueille 55 résidents en long séjour ainsi qu’1 lit de court séjour. Institution à taille humaine, nous plaçons l’accompagnement individualisé au cœur de notre mission, dans le respect du rythme, des besoins et de la dignité de chaque personne.

Proximité et bienveillance guident notre engagement au quotidien afin d’offrir un accompagnement de qualité à nos résidents.

Afin de compléter notre équipe soignante, nous recherchons UN\-E ASSC / Assistant·e en soins et santé communautaire

50% / TRAVAIL DE NUIT

Votre mission

Assurer l’accompagnement et la prise en charge des résidents durant la nuit.

Participer au maintien d’un environnement calme, sécurisant et bienveillant

  • Dispenser des soins de base et des soins délégués, en collaboration avec l’équipe infirmière
  • Participer activement au suivi et à la transmission des informations
  • Contribuer au maintien d’un environnement sécurisant et respectueux des valeurs institutionnelles.

Votre profil

  • CFC d’Assistant·e en soins et santé communautaire (ASSC).
  • Expérience en gériatrie ou en EMS, un atout.
  • Intérêt marqué pour l’accompagnement et le bien\-être des personnes âgées.
  • Bonnes qualités relationnelles, d’écoute et de communication.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à assurer ses responsabilités durant la nuit.
  • Sens de l’observation, de l’organisation et des priorités.
  • Bonne capacité d’adaptation et flexibilité.
  • Maîtrise du français, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
  • Aisance dans l’utilisation des outils informatiques et du logiciel BESA.
  • Disponibilité et volonté de travailler également sur des horaires de jour.
