Déployée sur plusieurs sites, l'Institution de Lavigny est constituée d’un hôpital neurologique avec consultations ambulatoires sur deux sites, d’un département hébergement pour personnes adultes en situation de handicap, avec une déficience intellectuelle ou une problématique physique, d’une école spécialisée et d’un secteur ateliers et formation professionnelle.

Pour le département de Plein Soleil sur le site de Lausanne, accueillant 68 personnes en hébergement vivant avec une atteinte neurologique acquise, nous recherchons des :

ASSC dans le domaine de la neurologie en 12h00

Travaillant sur la base d’objectifs disciplinaires et, ou interdisciplinaires, l’ASSC crée une relation de partenariat avec le·la résident·e et ses proches. Il·elle intervient dans tous les actes de la vie quotidienne en accompagnant, soutenant le·la résident·e dans le but de favoriser son autonomie et promouvoir sa santé.

Tâches principales : Prendre soin de la personne accueillie, dans le respect des valeurs de l’Institution et en se référant au concept d’accompagnement ; Soutenir ou suppléer la personne accueillie, en fonction de son autonomie, dans les activités de la vie quotidienne, répondre à ses besoins de soins et l’accompagner dans les différentes situations de sa trajectoire de vie ; Contribuer à la réalisation des projets d’accompagnement personnalisé des personnes accueillies dans le cadre d’un travail interdisciplinaire ; Collaborer à l’organisation du travail, à l’intégration de nouveaux professionnels et au développement du prendre soin dans la résidence ; Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe infirmière à la prise en charge des résidents et dispenser des soins médicotechniques sous supervision ; Effectuer des travaux administratifs et logistiques inhérents à la prise en charge des résident·e·s.
