Nous recrutons actuellement plusieurs ASSC pour rejoindre les établissements du pôle Grand Âge de la Fondation Eben\-Hézer.

ASSC en EMS – Fondation Eben\-Hézer \| Lausanne – Riviera – Aigle – Bulle

Votre mission :

  • Assurer l'accompagnement et la prise en charge des résidents au quotidien.
  • Participer aux soins et à l'accompagnement des personnes âgées.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe soignante et les différents intervenants.
  • Assurer le bien\-être et la sécurité des résidents.
  • Participer au maintien de l'autonomie et à la qualité de vie des personnes accompagnées.
  • Transmettre les observations et informations nécessaires à l'équipe.

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un CFC d'ASSC ou d'un titre reconnu équivalent.
  • Vous disposez idéalement d'une expérience en EMS ou en gériatrie.
  • Vous êtes une personne fiable, autonome et organisée.
  • Vous avez le sens du contact, de l'écoute et de l'accompagnement.
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe.
  • Vous êtes disponible et flexible selon les besoins des établissements.
  • Vous êtes idéalement domicilié(e) à proximité des sites proposés.
