Asset Manager/in Immobilien (80 \- 100%) Adimmo bietet in den Geschäftsbereichen Vermarktung / Verkauf, Immobilien Portfoliomanagement und Bewirtschaftung vielfältige und interessante Tätigkeiten in der Immobilienwirtschaft an. Innerhalb des Portfoliomanagements erbringen wir umfassende Dienstleistungen für und Internationale Immobilienanlagen im Sinne einer direkten Eigentümervertretung der Mandanten. Die vielseitigen Aufgaben werden durch ein hochspezialisiertes Team für unsere institutionellen Kunden erbracht. Für die Sicherstellung der Bestandsbetreuung und des weiteren Wachstums suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Asset Manager/in Immobilien (80 \- 100%) Key Account Management für eine schweizerischen Pensionskasse direkt gehaltene Immobilienanlagen in der Schweiz mit den Schwerpunkten in der Nordwestschweiz und der Region Genfersee ganzheitlich steuern überwachen und koordinieren von Bau\- und Entwicklungsprojekten Abschluss eines finanz\- oder immobilienwirtschaftlichen Studiums erste Berufserfahrungen in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit oder in angrenzenden Berufsfeldern Kenntnisse im Miet\- Bau\- und Planungsrecht engagierte Persönlichkeit, die mit Termin\- und Stresssituationen gut umgeht kommunikatives Geschick, das in Verhandlungssituationen mit wichtigen Geschäftspartnern gewinnbringend eingebracht wird gute oder ausbaufähige ösischkenntnisse modernste Infrastruktur (klimatisierte Büroräumlichkeiten) Bahnhof SBB in nur 1 km Entfernung flexibles Gleitzeitsystem jährlich 5 Wochen Ferien zuzüglich 3 Brückentage keine Lohnabzüge für Unfallversicherungs\- und Krankentaggeldprämien Interessiert?
