ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATIF TECHNIQUE (H/F)

CDD - 1 an / Département Engineering

VOTRE MISSION

Soutien administratif et opérationnel

  • Préparer et mettre à jour les fiches techniques ainsi que les différents documents liés aux projets
  • Assurer le suivi des dossiers et des demandes en cours
  • Saisir les heures de travail et préparer différents rapports et tableaux de suivi
  • Assurer l-archivage et la mise à jour de la documentation

Coordination et communication

  • Assurer le lien entre les équipes Engineering, les différents départements de l-entreprise et les sous-traitants
  • Faciliter la circulation des informations et assurer le suivi des demandes
  • Gérer les appels téléphoniques et orienter les différents interlocuteurs

Gestion administrative et logistique

  • Traiter les demandes d-achats et assurer leur suivi
  • Créer les bons de livraison
  • Organiser et assurer le suivi des interventions ainsi que les SAV fournisseurs
  • Assurer le suivi administratif des commandes et prestations

Support à la gestion de projets

  • Créer et maintenir les dossiers techniques des projets
  • Constituer les dossiers comptables
  • Préparer et créer les factures liées aux projets
  • Assurer le suivi administratif des différentes étapes des projets

Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d-une expérience dans un poste administratif, idéalement dans un environnement technique ou industriel
  • Vous êtes à l-aise avec Microsoft office
  • La connaissance d-outils techniques ou de gestion tels qu-une GPAO, Vault Autodesk ou Inventor R24 constitue un atout
  • Vous êtes organisé, rigoureux et avez le sens des priorités
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et disposez d-une excellente aisance relationnelle
  • Vous êtes capable de gérer plusieurs demandes simultanément et de rester efficace face aux urgences
  • Votre intérêt pour les environnements techniques et industriels vous permet de comprendre rapidement les besoins d-une équipe d-ingénieurs
