Afin d'accompagner le développement de notre Groupe, nous sommes à la recherche d'un·e ASSISTANT·E ADMINISTRATIF·VE à 60% (les matins \- CDD d'un an) pour compléter notre équipe de Vuadens (FR). Votre mission Assurer le support administratif du centre logistique et des activités associées, notamment la réception, la gestion du courrier, de l’économat Fournir un soutien informatique aux collaborateurs et assurer la coordination avec le prestataire externe Effectuer le suivi administratif et la facturation des activités (saisie et correction des bons, imputations, factures consortium et débiteurs, ainsi que des prestations spécifiques) Gérer la mise en forme et la diffusion de documents liés à l’activité (catalogues de matériel, publications internes) Apporter un soutien administratif aux chefs d’atelier, chefs de dépôt et coordinateurs Vos compétences\-clés Vous êtes titulaire d'un CFC d’employé·e de commerce ou d’un titre équivalent Ce poste nécessite une disponibilité quotidienne.
