Vos missions Rattaché directement au Chef de Projet et à la Direction, vous apportez un soutien opérationnel clé au quotidien dans le suivi et le pilotage de nos projets.

Vos missions quotidiennes incluront : • Support à l'organisation & suivi des projets : Participer au suivi des plannings, des livrables et des jalons de projets digitaux et d'IA. • Coordination & animation : Faciliter la communication quotidienne entre les équipes internes, les clients et les partenaires (organisation des réunions, rédaction des comptes-rendus, relance des actions). • Gestion des outils de projet : Maintenir à jour les tableaux de bord, les espaces de travail partagés et les outils de suivi de projet. • Préparation des supports & reporting : Aider à la préparation des présentations clients, des comités de pilotage et des rapports d'avancement. • Suivi administratif & qualité : Veiller au respect des processus internes, suivre la documentation projet et participer au suivi budgétaire de premier niveau.

Profil recherché Vous disposez d'une première expérience en gestion / coordination de projet.

Qualités humaines & attitudes • Détermination • Proactivité et autonomie • Excellente communication • Rigueur et sens de l'organisation

Compétences & connaissances • Outils de gestion de projet : Connaissance théorique ou première pratique d'outils d'organisation ou de suivi (ex. Notion, Trello, Asana, Jira, MS Project, Excel/Sheets, etc.). • Bureautique : Maîtrise de la suite Office / Google Workspace (PowerPoint/Slides, Excel, Word). • Culture du projet : Compréhension des notions fondamentales de la gestion de projet (planning, jalons, livrables, risques).

Langues & localisation ● Français : Excellente maîtrise à l'écrit comme à l'oral (langue de travail). ● Anglais : Pratique courante, niveau B2 minimum requis. ● Allemand : Professionnel serait un atout ● Situation géographique : Profil idéalement dans le Jura ou basé dans la zone frontalière ou prêt à se relocaliser rapidement à proximité de Porrentruy.
