Afin de renforcer notre équipe dédiée à la clientèle entreprises, pour la Banque Raiffeisen Mont-Aubert Orbe, nous recherchons un-e Assistant-e clientèle entreprises (60-100%) désireux-se d'accompagner les entreprises et les acteurs économiques de notre région dans leurs projets et leur développement. Dans cette fonction évolutive, vous découvrirez progressivement le conseil à la clientèle entreprises au sein d'une équipe expérimentée. Vous bénéficierez d'un accompagnement structuré qui vous permettra de développer vos compétences techniques, commerciales et relationnelles en vue d'évoluer vers la gestion autonome d'un portefeuille de clients.

Qu'est-ce qui vous attend? ##

  • Soutenir les conseillers clientèle entreprises dans leurs activités quotidiennes et contribuer au suivi des dossiers clients.
  • Participer aux entretiens clientèle afin de se former au conseil 360°, comprendre le modèle d'affaires des clients et identifier leurs besoins et opportunités.
  • Prendre progressivement en charge les besoins bancaires courants d'une clientèle entreprises et développer son propre portefeuille de relations.
  • Développer progressivement ses compétences dans le conseil en financements commerciaux grâce à l'accompagnement de spécialistes et de conseillers expérimentés.
  • Contribuer au développement et à la croissance du segment de la clientèle entreprises.
  • Représenter et véhiculer avec conviction et enthousiasme les valeurs de notre slogan \#PROCHEDEVOUS.

Qu'apportez-vous? ##

  • Formation bancaire achevée (CFC) ou formation jugée équivalente.
  • Intérêt marqué pour le monde entrepreneurial et envie de comprendre les activités, les enjeux et le modèle d'affaires de vos clients.
  • Curiosité, esprit d'initiative et volonté d'apprendre afin de développer progressivement une expertise dans le conseil à la clientèle entreprises.
  • Sens du service, orientation client et volonté de construire des relations de proximité durables.
  • Intérêt pour les chiffres et l'analyse financière, notamment la lecture d'états financiers et la compréhension des enjeux économiques liés aux activités de vos clients.
  • Intérêt ou connaissances dans le domaine de la clientèle agricole (un atout).
  • Connaissance du tissu économique local et domiciliation dans la région seraient un plus.
