Le Poste

Pour renforcer notre équipe commerciale et export, nous recherchons un Assistant Commercial motivé et organisé. Dans ce rôle, vous soutiendrez les activités commerciales et d-exportation de BASPI et assisterez l-équipe dans les tâches administratives et organisationnelles liées aux commandes clients, aux expéditions, au service après-vente et aux événements.

Ce que vous ferez

Assister dans la communication avec les clients, les devis, les bons de commande et l-administration des commandes

Soutenir la documentation d-exportation, l-expédition, l-emballage, la facturation et le suivi des livraisons

Assister le service après-vente : cas de garantie, réparations et logistique associée

*

Soutenir la préparation et l-organisation des événements

*

Assister avec HubSpot et les communications clients

*

Participer occasionnellement à des expositions

Ce que nous recherchons

Passionné par le service à une clientèle internationale très technique

*

Bien organisé, fiable et attentif aux détails

Serviable, proactif et désireux d-apprendre

*

Excellentes compétences en communication et coordination

*

Maîtrise de l-anglais écrit et parlé ; l-allemand est un plus

*

Permis de travail suisse ou UE

*

Expérience préalable en administration, vente, service client, export ou logistique

*

Compréhension de base des technologies quantiques est un plus
