En qualité d'assistant/e de gérance, vous assistez le gérant d'immeubles dans la prise en charge d'un portefeuille immobilier intéressant.

Votre mission en détail ####

  • Enregistrer et traiter les demandes des locataires
  • Gérer les résiliations, établir les contrats de bail et leurs avenants
  • Proposer et mettre en œuvre des activités afférentes à la location
  • Traitement des factures, des sinistres et établissement d'ordres de travaux
  • Organiser et procéder aux visites d'objets à louer
  • Contribuer à l'établissement des décomptes de charges des immeubles (ou des décomptes de frais de chauffage et des frais accessoires)
  • Entretenir des contacts avec les locataires, propriétaires, autorités et artisans
  • Appuyer le gérant d'immeubles dans ses activités, notamment dans les reportings

Votre profil ####

  • Au moins 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans la gestion immobilière en Suisse
  • Employé/e de commerce CFC
  • De langue maternelle française
  • Vous aimez relever tous les jours de nouveaux défis
  • Doté/e de multiples talents, vous exploitez chaque jour vos capacités polyvalentes avec brio
