Rattaché au département des Ressources Humaines, le Service gestion de la santé en entreprise (SGSE) a pour mission de s-occuper de la santé des collaborateur·rice·s en proposant et en garantissant un environnement et des conditions de travail sains et sécuritaires.

Assistant·e administratif·ve à 100%

Vos missions

  • Assurer un accueil de qualité, identifier les besoins et orienter les collaborateur·rice·s du RHNe, des entreprises affiliées ainsi que toute personne sollicitant le service
  • Planifier et coordonner les rendez-vous de l-équipe pluridisciplinaire
  • Assurer de manière autonome le suivi administratif des consultations et des convocations
  • Réceptionner, prioriser et suivre les demandes, les échéances et les relances nécessaires
  • Rechercher les informations nécessaires et apporter une réponse fiable et adaptée
  • Assurer la saisie, la numérisation, le classement et la gestion des documents et du courrier
  • Soutenir l-équipe du SGSE dans leurs activités et projets, et contribuer à l-amélioration continue

Votre profil

  • CFC d-employé·e de commerce, diplôme de secrétaire médical·e ou formation jugée équivalente
  • Expérience de minimum 3 ans dans une fonction similaire
  • Parfaite maîtrise de la langue française (orale et écrite) et bonne capacité rédactionnelle
  • Connaissance de la terminologie médicale et du milieu hospitalier, un atout
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (MS Office)
