La manufacture horlogère suisse basée à Genève (Plan-les-Ouates) conçoit, développe et assemble des montres mécaniques - dont plus de 30 calibres Manufacture tels que le Tourbillon, Calendrier Perpétuel, Chronographe Flyback, Monolithic, Big Date Power Reserve, Moonphase - et propose également des montres à quartz.

Depuis 2016, le groupe Frederique Constant (Frederique Constant, Alpina Watches, Ateliers deMonaco) a rejoint le groupe japonais Citizen afin de poursuivre son développement international et nourrir de nouvelles synergies.

Assistant·e Administratif·ve, Achats & Approvisionnement

CDD 6 mois (100%) Frederique Constant · Genève (Plan-les-Ouates)

Envie de démarrer votre carrière dans les coulisses d'une maison horlogère genevoise ? Nous recherchons un·e Assistant·e Administratif·ve en CDD de six mois, à temps plein, pour renforcer notre département Achats & Approvisionnement, aux côtés d'une équipe qui saura vous transmettre son métier.

Vos missions

Un poste concret, où vous êtes rapidement opérationnel·le et pleinement intégré·e à l'équipe :

  • Gérer et fiabiliser notre base de données Achats - fournisseurs, prix, règles d'approvisionnement
  • Traiter les factures via notre outil de gestion documentaire (GED)
  • Épauler l'équipe Achats au quotidien : suivi du portefeuille, mise à jour des délais de livraison

Votre profil

  • Une première formation ou expérience en administration, achats, logistique ou gestion
  • Une vraie aisance avec Excel et le pack Office
  • De la rigueur, de la curiosité et le sens de l'organisation
  • De la polyvalence, à l'aise pour mener plusieurs sujets de front
  • Anglais B2 minimum (utilisé au quotidien avec nos partenaires)
