Missions principales : - Assurer le suivi de la production de son secteur - Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus et de son environnement de travail - Interface avec les équipes de production, de stock et de réception marchandise Responsabilités : - Lancement des ordres de fabrication sur la base du planning réalisé par l’ordonnancement - Mise à jour des données dans le système d’information pour déclarer l’avancement des pièces produites ainsi que la non-qualité - Préparation des commandes de sous-traitance et des pièces pour envoi - Réception des commandes et vérification des factures - Création et lancement des ordres de fabrication de rhabillage - Gestion et contrôle des poids pour la matière précieuse en interface avec les équipes finances - Préparation et participation aux inventaires - Assure la propreté de l'encours de fabrication (avancement, composants alimentés) Formation/Expérience : - CFC d’employé de commerce ou une formation commerciale/logistique équivalente - Expérience de 2 ans min. dans une fonction similaire - Maîtrise de l’ERP idéalement SAP et des outils MS Office - Langue maternelle française Savoir Faire / Savoir Etre - Autonome, flexible, rigoureux et proactif - Excellente organisation et gestion des priorités - Entregent, excellent esprit d’équipe - Résistance au stress - Force de proposition - Compétences en communication orale et écrite
