Afin de renforcer notre équipe, nous recherchons une personne rapide, précise, organisée et fiable, capable de gérer ses dossiers avec autonomie et souhaitant s-investir durablement au sein de notre entreprise.

Votre rôle

En lien direct avec les commerciaux, les clients, les fournisseurs et les transporteurs, vous assurez le suivi administratif et opérationnel des commandes, de leur lancement jusqu-à la livraison et la facturation.

Véritable point de contrôle du back-office, vous veillez à la justesse des informations et documents avant validation. Vous savez gérer plusieurs dossiers en parallèle, prioriser les urgences et avancer rapidement sans perdre en précision.

Vos principales missions

Gestion & suivi commercial

  • Gérer et suivre les commandes jusqu-à leur livraison
  • Préparer et contrôler les commandes fournisseurs
  • Contrôler les bons à tirer avant validation
  • Assurer les échanges et le suivi avec les clients, fournisseurs et autres partenaires
  • Suivre les productions et les transports
  • Anticiper les délais, erreurs ou informations manquantes

Administration & pré-comptabilité

  • Établir et saisir les factures clients
  • Contrôler et saisir les factures fournisseurs
  • Préparer les paiements fournisseurs
  • Assurer le suivi des règlements et les relances clients
  • Maintenir les dossiers et données à jour dans notre ERP
  • Participer aux tâches administratives courantes du back-office

Votre profil

Nous recherchons une personne vive, rigoureuse et structurée, qui aime travailler vite et sur laquelle nous pouvons compter.

  • Rapide, précis(e) et attentif(ve) aux détails
  • Très organisé(e) et capable de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément
  • Autonome, réactif(ve) et capable d-anticiper
  • À l-aise avec les chiffres, la facturation et la pré-comptabilité
  • Parfaite maîtrise du français et excellente orthographe
  • Bon niveau d-anglais oral et écrit - minimum B2
  • Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office
  • Expérience avec un ERP ; connaissance d-EBP, un plus
  • Présentation soignée et professionnelle
  • Expérience dans un poste similaire souhaitée
