Filiale du groupe franco-suisse Asendia, Asendia Press Edigroup SA est une société de 30 personnes, leader dans la promotion, la gestion et la distribution d-abonnements pour le compte d-éditeurs et partenaires en Suisse et Belgique.

Pour compléter notre équipe Finance, nous recherchons :

Assistant(e) Comptable Junior - 100%

Missions :

Au sein de l-équipe Finance et en étroite collaboration avec la Cheffe Comptable, vous participez à la tenue de la comptabilité de la société pour les différents marchés sur lesquels nous intervenons (Suisse romande, Suisse alémanique, Belgique francophone).

  • Comptabilisation des factures fournisseurs et traitement des paiements fournisseurs
  • Établissement des décomptes à destination des éditeurs et partenaires, suivi des règlements correspondants
  • Préparation des bouclements effectués pour le compte de certains éditeurs
  • Gestion des bouclements périodiques dans l-ERP métier de gestion des abonnements et rapprochement avec la comptabilité
  • Intégration quotidienne des flux d-encaissement et des fichiers bancaires dans l-ERP métier
  • Soutien à la Cheffe Comptable dans la saisie des opérations comptables, les réconciliations bancaires et la préparation des bouclements mensuels et annuels
  • Participation à l-automatisation et à l-optimisation des processus comptables, notamment par l-utilisation d-outils d-intelligence artificielle
  • Participation à la gestion des formalités courantes liées au personnel
  • Collaboration étroite avec les différents services de la société, notamment le service relation client et la logistique
  • Diverses tâches administratives liées à la fonction.

Profil :

  • CFC d-employé(e) de commerce ou formation équivalente, idéalement complété(e) par une formation en comptabilité (brevet fédéral en cours ou en projet : un plus)
  • Première expérience de 1 à 3 ans en comptabilité (stages et apprentissages compris)
  • Bonne maîtrise d-Excel
  • À l-aise avec les outils d-intelligence artificielle et intéressé(e) par l-automatisation des processus
  • La connaissance d-un ERP ou de WinEur GIT est un atout
  • Rigueur, sens de l-organisation et respect des délais
  • Esprit d-équipe, curiosité et envie d-apprendre
