C’est pourquoi, nous recherchons, pour une entrée de suite ou à convenir, un·e Assistant·e Conseiller·ère Clientèle Entreprises Vos missions et responsabilités \- Suppléer les conseillers·ères Entreprises dans le montage des affaires de crédits \- Assister les conseillers·ères Entreprises dans la gestion quotidienne des relations clients·dossiers (contacts téléphoniques, fixation de rendez\-vous, renseignements et conseils de base) \- Assurer les tâches administratives spécifiques à la clientèle Entreprises (échéances, suspens, etc.) \- Ouvrir et administrer les prestations bancaires de base (comptes, cartes, documents d’ouverture, etc.) \- Développer les aptitudes et compétences pour recevoir des clients de ère autonome Votre profil \- Formation bancaire ou commerciale achevée niveau maturité \- Habiletés en communication orale et écrite \- Connaissance du marché local \- Bonne maîtrise de la suite MS Office \- Maîtrise de l’allemand ou de l’anglais niveau B2, un atout Vos qualités personnelles \- Enthousiasmé·e par le contact avec la clientèle \- Précis·e et capable de travailler sous pression \- Sens des priorités et de l’organisation \- Doté·e d’un fort esprit d’équipe Vos opportunités \- Des formations certifiantes et orientées métiers \- Des prestations sociales de premier ordre et des conditions de travail attrayantes \- Un travail varié dans une ambiance dynamique \- Un établissement à taille humaine \- Un lieu de travail agréable Lieu de travail : Neuchâtel Type de contrat : CDI Entrée en fonction : de suite ou à convenir Taux d'activité : 80% \- 100% Télétravail : possible jpidb8f5ccdjm jit0936jm jiy26jm
