Pour notre agence de Nyon, nous recherchons un-e : Assistant-e de gérance

 

Vos missions

 

Vous assistez l-équipe en assumant de manière autonome les tâches administratives liées à la location et à la technique des objets sous gestion.

  • Vous gérez les appels téléphoniques des locataires, essentiellement pour les aspects techniques,
  • Vous établissez la correspondance en lien avec les demandes de nos locataires et propriétaires notamment les bons de travaux, les baux et avenants,
  • Vous traitez les résiliations des locataires et assurez le suivi administratif des relocations et sous-locations,Vous garantissez le traitement des factures,
  • Vous assurez un accueil téléphonique de grande qualité à notre clientèle (propriétaires, locataires et fournisseurs),
  • Vous rédigez diverses correspondances pour le service gérance. 

Profil recherché

 

  • Vous êtes au bénéficie d-une première expérience similaire dans une régie immobilière Suisse et idéalement d'une formation dans le domaine de l'immobilier (formation Immobase, Immotechnique),
  • Vous démontrez de très bonnes compétences organisationnelles et vous avez le sens du travail en équipe,D-un tempérament dynamique, vous faites preuve de flexibilité et vous appréciez la polyvalence,
  • Vous avez un très bon sens du contact avec la clientèle et sens du service,
  • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise du français aussi bien orale qu-écrite. De bonnes connaissances (niveau B2) de l-allemand et/ou anglais seraient un atout,
  • La maîtrise du logiciel Quorum serait un atout,
  • Vous êtes à l-aise avec les outils informatiques usuels (Word, Excel).
