Votre profil :

  • Expérience confirmée dans l'assistanat de gérance indispensable,
  • De bonnes connaissances du droit du bail,
  • Une organisation structurée et rigoureuse,
  • Un sens du service orienté clients et diplomatie,
  • La maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels,
  • Parfaite maîtrise du français, écrit et parlé,
  • Bonnes connaissances de l'anglais.

Vos principales responsabilités : En collaboration étroite avec un(e) gérant(e) d'immeubles, vous participerez à la gestion administrative et technique d'un portefeuille de biens résidentiels et institutionnels. Vous assurerez un rôle clef dans les différents processus, à ce titre vos missions principales seront les suivantes :

  • Etablissement des contrats de baux à loyers, et avenants, transferts, majorations de loyers,
  • Gestion de la correspondance et prise en charge des appels téléphoniques,
  • Contacts avec les locataires, propriétaires et les entreprises,
  • Etablissement des bons de commande de devis et travaux d'entretien,
  • Participation dans la gestion des augmentations, indexations, échelonnements et diminutions de loyers,
  • Suivi des dossiers de sinistres et déclarations aux compagnies d'assurances,
  • Prise de procès-verbaux lors de séances internes ou externes.
