Nous recherchons un(e) assistant(e) de projet pour rejoindre notre équipe et participer activement au suivi administratif de notre entreprise et de nos projets de construction.

Véritable soutien dans l-organisation quotidienne, tu travailleras en collaboration avec nos directeurs de travaux et assureras aussi bien la gestion administrative du bureau que le suivi de nos projets dans Messerli.

Un poste varié qui demande de la rigueur, de l-autonomie et une bonne connaissance du domaine de la construction.

 

Vos responsabilités ###

Secrétariat et administration

Gestion des appels téléphoniques, du courrier et des emails

Traitement des correspondances

Classement et gestion des documents

Diverses tâches administratives nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du bureau

Suivi administratif des projets

Gestion administrative des projets

Préparation et suivi des documents liés aux chantiers

Établissement et suivi des contrats d'entreprises et avenants

Préparation et organisation de la documentation d'ouvrage

Saisie et traitement des paiements dans Messerli

Collaboration avec la personne responsable du suivi et du contrôle financier des projets

 

Votre profil ###

CFC d'employé(e) de commerce

Expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la construction indispensable

Bonne maîtrise du logiciel Messerli

Très bonne maîtrise des outils MS Office

Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de gestion des priorités

Personne rigoureuse, autonome et proactive

Très bonne maîtrise du français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit

Permis de conduire B
