Le traitement, les soins et l-accompagnement de haute qualité nécessitent donc des connaissances spécifiques en gériatrie ainsi qu-un soutien adapté individuellement dans les domaines de la santé, du social ou du psychique.

C-est pourquoi notre équipe multiprofessionnelle travaille en étroite collaboration. Elle se compose de médecins, de professionnels de soins, d-une assistante sociale, de spécialistes de l-activation, de thérapeutes ainsi que de personnes en pastorale.

Voici où vous vous engagez

  • Soins de base pratiques de nos résident(e)s
  • Vous travaillez dans différents services de soins de notre centre de soins
  • Documentation, planification et évaluation des soins en collaboration avec l-infirmier(ère) référent(e) sous supervision
  • Conception de l-animation quotidienne et des offres d-occupation et accompagnement des résident(e)s
  • Travaux ménagers
  • Aide générale dans tous les domaines du service
  • Disponibilité pour des missions en service 3 équipes (y compris week-ends et service de nuit)

Vous

  • disposez d-un cours d-assistant(e) en soins SRK terminé
  • avez une expérience en tant qu-assistant(e) en soins dans les soins de longue durée
  • possédez d-excellentes compétences orales et écrites en allemand
  • êtes une personne motivée et empathique

Grâce à la connexion directe à l-hôpital aigu Limmattal, les soins médicaux sont assurés 24h/24. Le centre de soins Spital Limmattal se trouve à proximité immédiate de la ville de Zurich, à seulement trois stations de S-Bahn de la gare centrale.
