Bonjour, nous sommes KiMi. Nous gérons plus de 30 crèches, accueils extrascolaires et cantines dans six cantons. Cela implique : nous communiquons clairement, avons des exigences élevées et affichons une attitude engagée. Et toute l-équipe KiMi en bénéficie. En tant qu-assistant·e éducatif·ve, tu soutiens les groupes selon les instructions et directives de la direction de groupe. Tu aides à accompagner et à promouvoir les enfants, es une personne de référence importante pour les enfants et les parents, et assumes la responsabilité du groupe en cas d-absence.
