Description de l'emploi ##

L-Unité des finances internes de la direction générale des affaires institutionnelles et des communes assure la gestion, le pilotage et le suivi financier de l'ensemble des directions.

Elle apporte l-expertise financière nécessaire à la gestion responsable des ressources.

Responsabilités ##

  • Soutenir le·la responsable et l'adjoint·e des finances internes dans la gestion comptable de la Direction générale des affaires institutionnelles et des communes
  • Traiter les factures et les indemnités à payer
  • Préparer la facturation et les paiements de la péréquation intercommunale ainsi que les autres facturation de la direction générale

Qualifications ##

  • CFC employé·e de commerce ou titre jugé équivalent
  • Expérience professionnelle dans un service comptable de 2 ans minimum
  • Aisance dans les outils informatiques courants (Excel en particulier)
  • Connaissances et expérience d'un logiciel comptable (SAP un plus)
  • Sens de l'organisation, rigueur, esprit d'entraide et de collaboration, discrétion
