Description du job ###

  • Soins médico-techniques : Réalisation de prélèvements capillaires et veineux, administration de médicaments, injections sous-cutanées et soins de plaies simples.
  • Accompagnement quotidien : Aide aux soins d'hygiène et de confort, assistance lors des repas et aide à la mobilité (transferts).
  • Observation et suivi : Surveillance des paramètres vitaux et signalement de tout changement d'état clinique.
  • Logistique et administration : Gestion des stocks de matériel médical, désinfection des dispositifs et saisie rigoureuse dans le dossier informatisé du patient (DPI).
  • Relationnel : Soutien psychologique aux résidents et lien de confiance avec les familles.

Profil ###

  • Titulaire du CFC d'Assistant(e) en Soins et Santé Communautaire (ASSC) .
  • Capacité d'adaptation et esprit d'équipe prononcé.
  • Sens de l'organisation et rigueur dans l'exécution des protocoles de soins.
  • Empathie, discrétion et respect du secret professionnel.
