Les Centres Médico-Sociaux ont pour mission d-aider les personnes de tous âges dépendantes ou atteintes dans leur santé à rester dans leur milieu de vie le plus longtemps possible et de soutenir les proches aidants. L-APREMADOL, avec ses 4 CMS, dessert 7 communes de l-Ouest lausannois.

Afin de compléter nos équipes, nous cherchons, de suite ou à convenir, plusieurs :

Assistant·e en soins et santé communautaire (ASSC) 50% - 100%

Tâches principales :

  • Effectuer, sur délégation de l'infirmière, des actes médicaux en respectant les étapes de l'acte de soin
  • Effectuer des soins d'hygiène et de confort ansi que de l'aide au ménage
  • Accompagner et suppléer les clients dans les activités de la vie quotidienne par des soins de base
  • Participer aux mesures de réadaptation et de rééducation visant à maintenir la mobilité
  • Prodiguer des conseils de promotion de la santé et de prévention des maladies
  • Gérer la partie administrative liée à votre activité

Profil :

  • CFC d-assistant(e) en soins et santé communautaire
  • Première expérience professionnelle considérée comme un atout
  • Dynamique et flexible
  • Aptitude à travailler de manière autonome et avec un bon esprit d-équipe
  • Intérêt pour les soins à domicile et les personnes âgées
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels
  • Permis de conduire et véhicule exigés
