Rejoignez la Fondation des Maisons de Retraite du district d-Aigle, une institution humaine de 240 collaborateurs qui gère 190 lits et 28 places en Centre d'Accueil Temporaire (CAT). Actrice majeure de la santé dans le Chablais vaudois, notre fondation est en constante évolution, avec notamment la construction d'un nouvel établissement à Bex prévu pour 2028. Vos missions

Organiser et dispenser des soins et un accompagnement personnalisés : Planifier et réaliser les soins de base et médico-techniques relevant de vos compétences, en favorisant l-autonomie et le bien-être du résident.

Organiser et coordonner les activités de soins : Participer à l-organisation quotidienne du travail et à la coordination de l-équipe, en collaboration avec l-infirmier·ère.

Évaluer les besoins et assurer la continuité des soins : Identifier les besoins physiques, psychiques et sociaux du résident, adapter l-accompagnement et garantir la transmission des informations ainsi que la bonne tenue du dossier du résident.

Dispenser les actes médico-délégués : Réaliser les actes médico-techniques relevant de votre champ de compétences et de votre cahier des charges.

Collaborer avec l-équipe interdisciplinaire : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différents professionnels afin de garantir une prise en charge cohérente et coordonné

 

Profil requis

  • Intérêt pour la personne âgée : Intérêt marqué pour la gériatrie et la psychogériatrie ; une première expérience en EMS constitue un atout.
  • Posture professionnelle : Calme, écoute, bienveillance, sens des responsabilités et excellentes qualités relationnelles.
  • Organisation et autonomie : Capacité à organiser et prioriser son travail, faire preuve d-initiative et contribuer à la coordination quotidienne des soins.
  • Adaptabilité et esprit d-équipe :Capacité d-analyse, d-adaptation et de collaboration au sein d-une équipe interdisciplinaire, y compris face à des situations de soins complexes.
  • Compétences numériques : Maîtrise des outils informatiques institutionnels et aisance dans la tenue du dossier informatisé du résident (DIR/Carefolio).

 

Niveau de formation

CFC d-Assistant·e en soins et santé communautaire (ASSC) exigé ou reconnaissance de diplôme étranger équivalent délivrée par la Croix-Rouge suisse (CRS).Formation FEE : un atout majeur.
