Responsabilités

·        Assurer les soins d-hygiène, de confort et de bien-être des résidents, en respectant leur rythme et leurs besoins individuels.

·        Accompagner les résidents dans les actes de la vie quotidienne, en favorisant leur autonomie.

·        Adapter son accompagnement aux troubles cognitifs et comportementaux liés au vieillissement (désorientation, anxiété, agitation).

·        Collaborer avec l-équipe pluridisciplinaire et transmettre les observations pertinentes sur l-état des résidents.

Qualifications

·        CFC d-assistant·e en soins et santé communautaire (ASSC), ASA ou titre jugé équivalent.

·        Reconnaissance de la Croix-Rouge suisse pour les diplômes étrangers.

·        Expérience auprès de personnes âgées souhaitée ; une expérience en UVP serait un atout.

·        Empathie, patience, bienveillance et sens de l-observation adaptés aux troubles du comportement liés à l-âge.

·        Aptitude à travailler selon des horaires irréguliers, week-ends et jours fériés inclus.
