VOS PRINCIPALES MISSIONS SERONT… Au sein d’une équipe de 5 collaborateurs (Responsable Informatique d’Exploitation, 1 assistant en charge du développement et 2 apprentis) - Vous soutenez le Responsable Informatique d'Exploitation afin de garantir le bon fonctionnement des systèmes d'informations et de fournir des prestations de qualité. - Vous l’assistez pour l’administration et l’exploitation de toute la partie système/réseaux / télécom des 3 établissements du Groupe Barrière en Suisse : 180 postes et environ 80 serveurs. - Vous veillez à la bonne utilisation du système d´informations et au bon usage des applications dans le respect des directives du Groupe.

VOTRE PROFIL Informaticien titulaire d’un CFC ou supérieur. Expérience dans l’administration système et réseaux. • Gestion et exploitation globale du parc : Du déploiement/masterisation des postes de travail jusqu'au dépannage et maintien en condition opérationnelle des serveurs. • Environnement Windows & Infrastructure : Windows Client/Serveur, Active Directory, Hyper-V, MS SQL Server. • Environnement Linux & Écosystème : Administration sous Ubuntu, Rocky Linux et AlmaLinux pour la gestion d'applications spécifiques, conteneurisation (Docker) et bases de données (MariaDB, PostgreSQL). • Assistance utilisateurs & Support (Niveaux 1, 2 et 3) : Prise en charge intégrale des tickets d'incidents, résolution des problèmes complexes et dépannage de proximité. • Monitoring et supervision : Suivi des actifs réseaux et de la performance globale de l’infrastructure. • Outils collaboratifs : Une bonne connaissance de Google Workspace est un plus. • Vous êtes de moralité irréprochable : votre casier judiciaire et votre extrait de l’office des poursuites doivent impérativement être vierges • Vous n’avez pas d’interdiction de Jeux

Engagement et Mobilité : • Titulaire du permis de conduire, vous êtes mobile et disponible pour répondre aux contraintes d’une exploitation ouverte 7j/7. Dès que vous serez formé vous acceptez le principe des astreintes (soirées ou week-ends selon planning) pour garantir la continuité de service.

Savoir-être : • Collaborateur de terrain, vous possédez un vif intérêt pour le secteur des loisirs. Votre autonomie et votre sens de l'initiative vous permettent d'être opérationnel rapidement. Vous appréciez les contacts avec tout type d’interlocuteur interne. Rigoureux et proactif, vous aimez et savez gérer plusieurs dossiers de front.

Gestion de l'imprévu : • Doté d'une bonne gestion du stress, vous faites preuve d'une grande réactivité face aux problématiques techniques ou opérationnelles.

Responsabilité : • Vous avez le sens des responsabilités et appréciez le contact direct avec les équipes et le public.
