La Clinique de Valère s'occupe de la santé de ses patients de manière interdisciplinaire. Grâce à des prestations médicales personnalisées et à un plateau technique de pointe, elle garantit une prise en charge médicale multidisciplinaire à tous les Valaisans, quelle que soit leur couverture d'assurance (générale, semi-privée et privée).

Description du poste ##

  • Gérer les appels téléphoniques, planifier les rendez-vous et analyser les demandes, au besoin avec l'avis du médecin
  • Accueillir les patients, les installer et les préparer en vue des examens
  • Effectuer, sur demande du médecin, des prises de sang, des injections, des mesures de tension, des pesées, etc.
  • Préparer les instruments nécessaires aux examens médicaux
  • Assister les médecins lors de soins
  • Saisir et mettre à jour les dossiers des patients dans le respect de la protection des données
  • Effectuer la correspondance (rapports et lettres dictés par les médecins)
  • Participer à la saisie de prestations en vue de la facturation
  • Gérer les commandes de matériel et de médicaments
  • Assumer les missions qui vous sont confiées
  • Maintenir et développiez vos compétences
  • Participer à l'amélioration permanente des processus dans lesquels vous êtes impliqués

Qualifications ##

  • Diplôme d'assistant(e) médical(e) uniquement
  • Expérience dans un cabinet de médecine générale
  • Expérience dans une permanence médicale (un atout)
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques
  • Dynamique, rigueur et efficacité
  • Sens de l'organisation et des responsabilités
  • Polyvalent(e) et flexible (horaires variables)
  • Esprit d'équipe
