Description de l'emploi ##

La Direction générale de la mobilité et des routes DGMR recherche un·e assistant·e RH de région pour le site de la Blécherette (Mont-sur-Lausanne).

Responsabilités ##

  • Assumer l'administration du personnel de la région Centre et assurer les tâches courantes de secrétariat liées à l'activité RH, en étroite collaboration avec l'assistant RH du site de Rennaz.
  • Assurer la gestion du temps de travail et celle des absences et accidents, en collaboration avec votre collègue.
  • Fournir un support administratif dans le processus de recrutement du personnel de région et dans celui de formation et développement des collaborateur·trice·s.
  • En tant que personne de référence s'agissant de tous les thèmes liés à la gestion des ressources humaines, renseigner les membres de l'encadrement et les collaborateur·trice·s de région.

Qualifications ##

  • CFC d'employé·e de commerce ou formation jugée équivalente utile à la fonction.
  • Certificat de gestionnaire RH, un avantage.
  • Pratique professionnelle dans des activités de secrétariat, d'administration générale ou de traitement de dossiers.
  • Expérience dans la gestion administrative RH, un réel atout.
  • Sens inné de la confidentialité et discrétion.
  • Entregent, orientation client et proactivité.
  • Précision et rigueur. 
  • Parfaite maîtrise orale et écrite du français.
