La clinique Im Hasel AG est une clinique spécialisée en psychiatrie et psychothérapie avec un mandat cantonal pour le traitement des troubles liés à la dépendance et aux traumatismes. En tant qu'établissement reconnu par les caisses maladie et faisant partie de la liste cantonale des hôpitaux, nous offrons un traitement de haute qualité, fondé sur des preuves et humainement attentif à nos patient(e)s.

Avec environ 170 collaborateurs engagés répartis sur trois sites - notre clinique stationnaire à Gontenschwil, l-ambulatorium et la clinique de jour à Lenzburg ainsi que l-ambulatorium spécialisé en traumatologie à Baden - nous allions compétence professionnelle et collaboration interdisciplinaire respectueuse.

Assistant(e) RH / Employé(e) administratif(ve) RH (h/f/d), 50 %

Nous recherchons pour notre site de Lenzburg, à partir du 1er novembre 2026 ou selon accord, un soutien pour l-équipe RH.

Vos tâches

  • Soutien administratif tout au long du cycle de vie des employés (par ex. entrées et sorties, absences, anniversaires, jubilés, formations et bien plus encore)
  • Gestion et tenue des dossiers du personnel
  • Enregistrement des mutations simples du personnel
  • Coordination des rendez-vous pour les entretiens d-embauche
  • Élaboration d-attestations et de correspondances standard selon modèle
  • Tâches administratives générales en RH

Le poste est réparti sur 5 jours par semaine, que vous passerez sur place à Lenzburg ; occasionnellement, vous serez également sur notre site de Gontenschwil. Le télétravail est possible après accord. Ce poste a été créé pour compléter l-équipe de 3 personnes.

Votre profil

  • Formation commerciale de base achevée ou équivalent. Formation continue en cours en tant qu-assistant(e) RH ou employé(e) administratif(ve) RH bienvenue
  • Première expérience en administration du personnel un avantage
  • Discrétion et loyauté sont pour vous des évidences dans cette fonction
  • Nous souhaitons une attitude fondée sur la reconnaissance et le respect dans le contact avec nos patient(e)s.
