Dans cette fonction polyvalente, vous participez activement à la gestion administrative des Ressources Humaines et assurez un soutien fiable aux collaborateurs ainsi qu-à la Généraliste RH.

 

Afin de renforcer notre équipe dans le cadre d-un remplacement de congé maternité, nous recherchons une personne disponible pour un CDD du 15 octobre 2026 au 31 août 2027.

Cette mission constitue une belle opportunité de rejoindre une équipe dynamique, de mettre à profit vos compétences RH et administratives et de développer votre expérience dans un environnement polyvalent.

 

Vos principales responsabilités comprennent notamment :

 

Responsabilités ###

 

  • Gestion administrative du cycle de vie des collaborateurs, de l-entrée au départ
  • Établissement des contrats de travail, avenants, certificats et diverses correspondances RH
  • Gestion et suivi des absences et vacances
  • Participation à l-organisation des évènements pour le personnel de l-entreprise
  • Suivi des assurances sociales et des démarches administratives liées aux collaborateurs
  • Soutien dans les processus de recrutement
  • Réponse aux demandes courantes des collaborateurs en matière RH
  • Gestion des salaires avec la Généraliste RH
  • Collaboration aux différentes tâches et projets du département RH
  • Contribuer à l'organisation des formations internes et externes

 

Qualifications ###

 

  • Minimum 5 ans d-expérience dans une fonction similaire en ressources humaines en Suisse
  • Très bonnes connaissances des pratiques RH et du droit du travail suisse
  • Expérience dans le traitement des salaires ( abacus consitut un réel atout )
  • Excellente maîtrise du français, à l-oral comme à l-écrit
  • Très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels, excel
  • Personnalité organisée, rigoureuse et autonome, avec un excellent sens de la confidentialité
  • Aisance relationnelle et véritable esprit de service
  • Suisse ou permis de travail valable
