Assistant/e Services (60-80%)

Par votre travail, vous contribuez de manière importante au bon fonctionnement de nos services pour la profession pharmaceutique suisse. Pour renforcer notre département Services, nous recherchons dès maintenant ou selon accord un/e assistant/e Services.

En tant que personne expérimentée, orientée client et forte en service, vous êtes le point de contact central pour les visiteurs, clients et collaborateurs, assurant un accueil professionnel, amical et efficace, contribuant ainsi de manière significative à l-image positive de notre association. De plus, vous assistez le secteur Services et déchargez les départements spécialisés dans les tâches quotidiennes.

Vos tâches

  • Assurer un service d-accueil et téléphonique professionnel
  • Accueil et prise en charge des visiteurs ainsi que coordination des rendez-vous
  • Traitement du courrier entrant et sortant ainsi que gestion des e-mails
  • Organisation et soutien lors des réunions, événements et services internes
  • Soutien aux départements spécialisés dans les tâches administratives et organisationnelles
  • Coordination des prestataires externes (catering, services techniques)
  • Gestion des données de base ainsi que classement et gestion documentaire
  • Planification des ressources et entretien de l-infrastructure

Votre profil

  • Formation commerciale de base achevée ainsi qu-une expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années dans une fonction d-assistance ou administrative comparable
  • Allemand ou français au niveau langue maternelle ainsi qu-excellente connaissance de l-autre langue; la connaissance de l-italien est un atout
  • Maîtrise des applications informatiques modernes et des outils de travail numériques
  • Grande orientation service, sens des responsabilités, travail autonome et présentation professionnelle
  • Talent d-organisation, aisance en communication, fiabilité et discrétion
  • Disponibilité pour des horaires réguliers de 08h30 à 12h00 et de 13h30 à 16h30 ainsi qu-une présence régulière sur site (télétravail selon accord)
