Votre mission

Vous assurez l-accompagnement individuel d-un enfant à besoins spécifiques au sein de sa structure d-accueil du service de la petite enfance. Vous assurez un accompagnement individualisé de l-enfant dans les différents moments de sa journée, en tenant compte de son développement actuel, de son rythme, de ses besoins et de ses capacités.

Vos principales responsabilités

  • Accompagner l-enfant dans les différents moments de la vie quotidienne.
  • Adapter votre accompagnement à ses capacités et à son évolution.
  • Soutenir sa participation aux activités et à la vie du groupe.
  • Favoriser son autonomie et ses acquisitions.
  • Assurer sa sécurité tout en lui offrant les possibilités d-exploration nécessaires à son développement.
  • Observer son évolution et transmettre les éléments pertinents à l-équipe.
  • Mettre en œuvre les objectifs et les adaptations définis avec l-équipe éducative et les professionnel·les entourant l-enfant.
  • Contribuer à une prise en charge cohérente et évolutive, régulièrement ajustée à ses besoins.

Votre profil

  • CFC d-assistant·e socio-éducatif·ve (ASE) ou titre jugé équivalent.
  • Intérêt pour l-accompagnement d-enfants à besoins spécifiques.
  • Bonnes capacités d-observation et d-adaptation.
  • Capacité à soutenir l-enfant dans ses apprentissages et son autonomie.
  • Patience, fiabilité et sens des responsabilités.
  • Aptitude à travailler en équipe et à inscrire son intervention dans un cadre défini.
  • Communication professionnelle adaptée.
